Can anyone show their experience of SFP+ Copper Transceiver 10GBase-T?

I got the 10GBASE-T copper SFP+: http://www.10Gtek.com/.I used this module on my WS-C2960S-48TD-L switch. It enables connectivity between a 10Gbps RJ45 port to a 10Gbps MSA compliant SFP+ port via Cat6a/7 cable. Although the link shows that the product only works up to 30m which is not up to a proper 10Gbase-t port that can do 100m with the correct cabling which probably allowed them to make this. Because it allows auto-negotiate to 1000mbps, 2.5G, 5G, 10Gbps data rate.
I heard many people said the power requirements for 10Gbase-T were greater than twinax and the SFP+ interface didn't have the power to do it. The max power consumption is 2.5W, i think it is within an acceptable range.
